Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026 · Steadfast Septic
These terms cover your use of steadfastseptic.com. They are not the contract for your septic work — that is a separate written agreement you sign before we start.
1. Using this site
By browsing this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
Steadfast Septic designs, installs, replaces, repairs, inspects and troubleshoots septic systems, and performs sewer line work and septic-to-sewer conversions, in Kootenai and Bonner Counties, Idaho, and Spokane County, Washington. We do not pump septic tanks.
3. Pricing and estimates
Any prices, ranges or examples shown on this site are for general guidance only. Septic pricing depends on soil conditions, groundwater, slope, system type, setbacks, access, and county requirements, none of which can be known from a web page.
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written contract signed by both you and Steadfast Septic.
4. Response times and guarantees
Where we publish a specific written guarantee, we stand behind it on the terms stated with that guarantee. Everything else — general response windows, scheduling estimates, project durations — is a target we work hard to hit, not a contractual promise. Weather, permit timelines, county inspector availability, equipment, and site conditions can move a schedule.
5. Permits, access and your responsibilities
Septic work is regulated. Permits, designs and inspections go through the applicable health district or state agency, and approval is theirs to give, not ours. You are responsible for:
- Being the property owner or having the owner’s authority to approve the work
- Giving us accurate information about the property, the existing system, and any known problems
- Providing reasonable site access for equipment and crew
- Disclosing buried utilities, wells, irrigation lines, and easements you know about
Septic installation and repair involve excavation. Even with utility locates completed, undisclosed or unmarked private lines can be damaged, and restoring lawn, landscaping and driveway surfaces to their original condition is not included unless your written contract says so.
6. Reviews shown on this site
Customer reviews displayed on this site are verified Google reviews for Lilly’s Septic Service, our sister company in King County, Washington, where the Steadfast crew has worked for years. Each review is labeled as such where it appears. Steadfast Septic is a new company in North Idaho; the crew and the standard are not new.
7. Content and trademarks
The text, photographs, video, layout and design on this site belong to Steadfast Septic and are protected by copyright. You may share links freely. Please do not copy our content for a competing business.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, send automated or bulk submissions, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation.
9. Information on this site
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but septic codes, county requirements and our own service offerings change. General educational content about septic systems is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation of your specific system by a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Steadfast Septic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section limits liability for the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed work contract, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Third-party links
We link to health district portals, agency resources and our social media accounts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Kootenai County, Idaho. Work performed in Washington remains subject to Washington contractor law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
