“Tyler came out today and went above and beyond to fix a problem that ended up being a lot more than what we discussed over the phone. We were able to get it fixed the same day! Tyler’s price was more than reasonable. He was kind and showed up early to the job! A+ review for this guy. If you have any issues I strongly suggest you use him.”
— Riley Sullivan · Verified Google review for Steadfast Septic
“Tyler is awesome, his vast knowledge of his work is very impressive. My husband and I needed a septic repair. I loved working with him, not only did he get the job done but he was very personable and walked us through the entire process. There was no pressure when he came to check out the system to go with him just pure honesty on the job that needed to be done. 10/10 job and would highly recommend, he is your go to guy for septic!!”

“I emailed this company regarding a few questions/concerns about my septic system and promptly got a phone call. They scheduled over the phone and took some information about the system. I received confirmation texts and a heads up that they were on the way. Tyler was thorough and professional. Great experience as he was genuinely concerned about my issues at hand. Excellent service!”

Verified Google reviews for our sister company, Lilly’s Septic Service in King County, WA — 450+ five-star reviews. Steadfast is that same operation, same crew leadership and same standards, brought to North Idaho and Spokane County.
Our septic system was acting up, and after two disappointing and frustrating experiences with other companies, we were desperate for someone reliable, knowledgeable and good at troubleshooting. This team was a game-changer! They responded quickly, knew their stuff, and pinpointed the problem in just 30 minutes. They gave me a clear cost estimate on the spot and had a crew out within a week to fix it. Our system’s back to normal, and the relief is unreal (no pun intended!). Huge thanks to Darren, Josh, Jeremy, Tyler, and Grace for their professionalism and care. You guys deserve 10 stars out of 5!
Repair & TroubleshootingIf you need a septic company, this is the one you need. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Tyler took my call in the morning, put me on their schedule for the same day, communicated thoroughly through the process, did some research and troubleshooting and by 1pm he had our pump running again. Perfect manners, immaculate business ethics, highly professional, local through and through. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Literally, restored my faith in humanity today. Thank you!
Emergency Pump FailureWe had an issue with our septic system drain-field over the weekend. On Sunday I left a msg on the phone for Lilly’s service. Monday morning I received a call and within an hour Josh and Tyler were at my door to assess the situation. They camera scoped the lines and explained the issue going on. They were very thorough and provided recommendations for correction. No pressure, no sales hype, just straight forward sharing of knowledge. I will be proceeding with Lilly’s to conduct the work needed. Good group, quick and responsive.
Drainfield DiagnosisTrue professionals! Darren and his team were extremely friendly and informative, answering our long list of questions pre-install, and orchestrating an extremely complex install project with multiple other vendors (plumber, electrician, tank manufacturer) over two days. It was impressive to watch, and we felt very well taken care of throughout what turned out to be a major process. I would hands-down recommend Lilly’s Septic Service to anyone needing a septic system installation or service.
Complex System InstallTyler showed up ahead of schedule and began assessing the issue with our septic system quickly. He took the time to determine the problem before just performing the requested pump out. He quickly replaced the float for the pump gave us great information for the future. Will use them again when we have an issue!!
Diagnosis Before UpsellHave used Lilly’s a couple times recently for septic inspections and repair on different properties in Maple Valley. Fast service. Can always get someone on the phone at the office. And when they make mistakes (don’t we all), they own up to them and fix it. I find that to be both rare and admirable. Will keep using them until they give me a reason not to!
Inspections & RepairFrom my first call, I felt like Tyler really took the time to hear my concerns as a homeowner needing to replace a septic tank in failure. I could not have asked for a better experience - truly happy in my interactions with Lilly’s so far! Don’t have an estimate yet for the work so can’t speak to pricing but have been happy so far.
Tank ReplacementI did a septic tank inspection and pumping and unfortunately the results were not good. However both guys did a great job, went to a lot of work to try to get it to pass and carefully explained everything and explained options and likely results. I really appreciated the job they did.

Stop Running Water
No flushing, no laundry, no dishwasher. Every gallon makes it worse.
Check Your Alarm Panel
If there's a red light or audible alarm, note what it says. Text us a photo at 208-540-9733.
Stay Away from Standing Water
Sewage contains harmful bacteria. Keep kids and pets away from any wet areas.
Don't Try to Fix It Yourself
Opening tanks or adjusting floats without training is dangerous and can cause more damage.

We Know What You're Thinking Right Now
Every homeowner with a septic emergency has the same fears. Here's how we address every one of them.
"How long am I going to be sitting here with sewage in my house?"
You talk to the owner. On-site diagnosis. We don't schedule emergencies for "sometime this week."
"What if they can't come today and this gets worse overnight?"
We dispatch same-day for active emergencies. If we can't fully repair same-visit, we stabilize your system so it functions while we schedule the permanent fix.
"Emergency contractors always gouge you because they know you're desperate."
No trip charge. No emergency markup. We diagnose, explain, and give you a written price before touching anything. You approve or you don't pay.
"What if the repair costs more than they quoted?"
The price you approve is the price you pay. If we discover additional issues during repair, we stop and discuss before proceeding. No surprise invoices. Ever.
"What if they just slap a band-aid on it and it breaks again next month?"
We diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom. Every emergency repair comes with a 30-day same-issue guarantee. If it comes back, so do we — at zero cost.
"The last contractor said they 'fixed it' and I'm back in the same situation 6 weeks later."
That happens when someone replaces parts without understanding why they failed. We run a full system diagnostic every time. We don't guess — we find the actual problem.
"Am I going to call and just get a voicemail that never gets returned?"
You talk to the owner, not a call center. We answer because we know you're not calling for fun.
"I don't understand septic systems. Are they going to talk over my head and pressure me into something expensive?"
We explain every diagnosis in plain English. What failed, why it failed, what your options are, and what each one costs. You make the call. Zero pressure.

Call Immediately If You Notice Any of These
Septic Tank Alarm Going Off
A continuous or repeating alarm means your system needs immediate attention. Don't silence it and ignore it.
Sewage Backing Up in the House
Into sinks, tubs, toilets, or floor drains. Stop all water use immediately and call us.
Standing Water Over the Drainfield
Wet, soggy, or pooling water over your drainfield area — especially if it smells — means something is wrong underground.
Septic Smell Inside or Outside
Inside or outside your home. Persistent smell means the system isn't processing correctly.
Septic Pump Not Working
If your pump system isn't cycling, effluent is building up. This leads to backup fast.
Control Panel Lights or Error Codes
Blinking lights, tripped breakers, or error codes on your panel need professional diagnosis.
Not sure if it's an emergency? Call anyway. We'll help you determine severity on the call.
