Tyler’s price was more than reasonable. He was kind and showed up early to the job! A+ review for this guy. If you have any issues I strongly suggest you use him.”

I loved working with him, not only did he get the job done but he was very personable and walked us through the entire process. There was no pressure when he came to check out the system to go with him just pure honesty on the job that needed to be done. 10/10 job and would highly recommend, he is your go to guy for septic!!”

Verified Google reviews for our sister company, Lilly’s Septic Service in King County, WA — 450+ five-star reviews. Steadfast is that same operation, same crew leadership and same standards, brought to North Idaho and Spokane County.
Our septic system was acting up, and after two disappointing and frustrating experiences with other companies, we were desperate for someone reliable, knowledgeable and good at troubleshooting. This team was a game-changer! They responded quickly, knew their stuff, and pinpointed the problem in just 30 minutes. They gave me a clear cost estimate on the spot and had a crew out within a week to fix it. Our system’s back to normal, and the relief is unreal (no pun intended!). Huge thanks to Darren, Josh, Jeremy, Tyler, and Grace for their professionalism and care. You guys deserve 10 stars out of 5!
Repair & TroubleshootingIf you need a septic company, this is the one you need. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Tyler took my call in the morning, put me on their schedule for the same day, communicated thoroughly through the process, did some research and troubleshooting and by 1pm he had our pump running again. Perfect manners, immaculate business ethics, highly professional, local through and through. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Literally, restored my faith in humanity today. Thank you!
Emergency Pump FailureWe had an issue with our septic system drain-field over the weekend. On Sunday I left a msg on the phone for Lilly’s service. Monday morning I received a call and within an hour Josh and Tyler were at my door to assess the situation. They camera scoped the lines and explained the issue going on. They were very thorough and provided recommendations for correction. No pressure, no sales hype, just straight forward sharing of knowledge. I will be proceeding with Lilly’s to conduct the work needed. Good group, quick and responsive.
Drainfield DiagnosisTrue professionals! Darren and his team were extremely friendly and informative, answering our long list of questions pre-install, and orchestrating an extremely complex install project with multiple other vendors (plumber, electrician, tank manufacturer) over two days. It was impressive to watch, and we felt very well taken care of throughout what turned out to be a major process. I would hands-down recommend Lilly’s Septic Service to anyone needing a septic system installation or service.
Complex System InstallTyler showed up ahead of schedule and began assessing the issue with our septic system quickly. He took the time to determine the problem before just performing the requested pump out. He quickly replaced the float for the pump gave us great information for the future. Will use them again when we have an issue!!
Diagnosis Before UpsellHave used Lilly’s a couple times recently for septic inspections and repair on different properties in Maple Valley. Fast service. Can always get someone on the phone at the office. And when they make mistakes (don’t we all), they own up to them and fix it. I find that to be both rare and admirable. Will keep using them until they give me a reason not to!
Inspections & RepairFrom my first call, I felt like Tyler really took the time to hear my concerns as a homeowner needing to replace a septic tank in failure. I could not have asked for a better experience - truly happy in my interactions with Lilly’s so far! Don’t have an estimate yet for the work so can’t speak to pricing but have been happy so far.
Tank ReplacementI did a septic tank inspection and pumping and unfortunately the results were not good. However both guys did a great job, went to a lot of work to try to get it to pass and carefully explained everything and explained options and likely results. I really appreciated the job they did.

Tyler
I run the company, operate the machines, design the systems, and answer the phone. If you call Steadfast, you're talking to me. If we're installing your system, I'm the one in the excavator.
I'm on every job, in the trench, making sure it's done the way I'd want it done under my own house.
I come from King County, Washington — the most advanced and strictest septic jurisdiction in the country, and arguably the world. The systems are more complex, the inspections are more rigorous, and the margin for error is zero. That's where I learned this trade.
Every type of system — gravity, pressure distribution, advanced treatment units, sand filters, proprietary systems — I've installed them, repaired them, and troubleshot the ones that other contractors couldn't figure out.
My parents bought Lilly's septic service, a company in King County, WA, just before I was born. When it started struggling as they were trying to step away, I stepped in and rebuilt it — added installations, built the systems for scheduling, communication, and quality control from scratch, and grew it into one of the highest-reviewed septic companies in the region.
Over 450 five-star reviews from real homeowners who trusted us with their property. I did it by being honest, doing good work, and treating every homeowner's property like it was my own.
That's the same standard I'm bringing to North Idaho — and it's the only standard I know how to operate at.
When a project is too complex, too difficult, or too risky for anyone else to take on — that's when they call us. If nobody else can do it, Steadfast can. That's the reputation I'm building, one job at a time.
If you hire Steadfast, you're hiring me. And I take that personally — in the best way possible.
Why the Name "Steadfast"
The name Steadfast wasn't picked from a branding exercise. It was chosen because of what the word means — and where it comes from.
In Scripture, the word steadfast is most often used to describe God's love. Unwavering. Faithful. Enduring. Constant. Not emotional. Not temporary. Not dependent on circumstances. Steadfast love means it doesn't shift when pressure comes. It doesn't disappear when things get hard. It holds.
That standard shaped this company. Not because we think we're perfect — but because we believe the standard matters, even when no one's watching.
The work you can't see should be held to the same standard as the work you can. That's the conviction behind everything we do.
It's why we plan before we dig. It's why we diagnose before we repair. It's why we build systems for decades of performance, not just long enough to pass one inspection.
And it's why the name on the truck says Steadfast — because that's the standard we answer to.
What We Stand On
Discipline
We plan every project before we break ground. We evaluate every system before we recommend a repair. We don't show up and figure it out — we show up prepared. Discipline isn't a slogan on our wall. It's the reason our systems pass inspection on the first try and our repairs don't come back.
Integrity
We tell you what we find — even when it's not what you want to hear. If a $400 repair will buy you 15 more years, we say so — even though a $25,000 replacement would be more revenue for us. We communicate clearly, put it in writing, and stand behind every piece of work that leaves our hands. Because integrity isn't what you do when people are watching. It's what you do when they're not.
Longevity
We don't build systems for quick approval. We build them for 25-40 years of performance. We don't make repairs to get through the month. We repair to solve the problem permanently. And we're not building a company to flip in 5 years. We're building a long-term presence in North Idaho — rooted in the community, growing with it, and here to stay.
Where Steadfast Came From
Steadfast didn't start in a boardroom with a business plan. It started with a family company that was about to go under.
My parents bought Lilly's Septic Service in King County, Washington — a pumping and inspection company that served homeowners for decades. When they started stepping back, the business began slipping. Revenue was dropping. Systems were falling apart. The company that my parents had poured their lives into was headed in the wrong direction.
Steadfast Septic is what came next. I'm taking everything I learned — every system, every standard, every lesson — and building something of my own in North Idaho. Not because it's the easiest path. Because it's where I'm planting roots, raising my family, and building something that lasts.
Why This Industry Needs a Higher Standard
Here's what I've seen after years in this industry: most septic companies operate on minimum code. Not because they're bad people — but because minimum code is all the county requires to pass inspection. So that's what gets built.
Systems that are technically legal but designed to do the bare minimum. The problem is, minimum code doesn't account for your specific soil conditions, your property's drainage patterns, your family's water usage, or the long-term performance of the system. It accounts for what's required to get a permit approved. That's it.
That's what Steadfast was built to fix. Not by being louder or cheaper — but by operating at a standard that this industry doesn't require, but homeowners deserve.
Where We're Going
We're not just building a septic company. We're building the standard for how this industry should operate in North Idaho and Spokane County.
Our goal is straightforward: when someone in Kootenai County needs septic work done — an installation, a repair, an inspection — the first name they hear from their neighbor, their real estate agent, their builder, is Steadfast. Not because we spent the most on advertising. Because everyone who's worked with us says the same thing: they did exactly what they said they would.
We're building a company that we plan to operate for decades. We're planting roots in this community — not passing through. Every system we install, every repair we make, every relationship we build is part of a long-term investment in this region.
When we say "committed to North Idaho," we mean we live here, we're raising our families here, and we're building something here that's designed to last.
Rooted in North Idaho
We live and work in the communities we serve. From Coeur d'Alene to Post Falls, Hayden to Sandpoint, and across into Spokane County — these aren't just service areas on a map. They're where we buy groceries, where our kids go to school, where we go to church on Sunday.
We understand North Idaho. We know the soil conditions. We know the county regulations. We know the property types and the challenges that come with building in this region. And we care about getting it right — because our neighbors are our customers.
