Septic Installation, Repair & Inspection in Post Falls, Idaho

Our septic system was acting up, and after two disappointing and frustrating experiences with other companies, we were desperate for someone reliable, knowledgeable and good at troubleshooting. This team was a game-changer! They responded quickly, knew their stuff, and pinpointed the problem in just 30 minutes. They gave me a clear cost estimate on the spot and had a crew out within a week to fix it. Our system’s back to normal, and the relief is unreal (no pun intended!). If you need a septic company, this is the one you need. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Tyler took my call in the morning, put me on their schedule for the same day, communicated thoroughly through the process, did some research and troubleshooting and by 1pm he had our pump running again. We had an issue with our septic system drain-field over the weekend. On Sunday I left a msg on the phone for Lilly’s service. Monday morning I received a call and within an hour Josh and Tyler were at my door to assess the situation. They camera scoped the lines and explained the issue going on. They were very thorough and provided recommendations for correction. No pressure, no sales hype, just straight forward sharing of knowledge. I will be proceeding with Lilly’s to conduct the work needed. Good group, quick and responsive.

True professionals! Darren and his team were extremely friendly and informative, answering our long list of questions pre-install, and orchestrating an extremely complex install project with multiple other vendors (plumber, electrician, tank manufacturer) over two days. It was impressive to watch, and we felt very well taken care of throughout what turned out to be a major process. I would hands-down recommend Lilly’s Septic Service to anyone needing a septic system installation or service.

Tyler showed up ahead of schedule and began assessing the issue with our septic system quickly. He took the time to determine the problem before just performing the requested pump out. He quickly replaced the float for the pump gave us great information for the future. Will use them again when we have an issue!!

Have used Lilly’s a couple times recently for septic inspections and repair on different properties in Maple Valley. Fast service. Can always get someone on the phone at the office. And when they make mistakes (don’t we all), they own up to them and fix it. I find that to be both rare and admirable. Will keep using them until they give me a reason not to!

From my first call, I felt like Tyler really took the time to hear my concerns as a homeowner needing to replace a septic tank in failure. I could not have asked for a better experience - truly happy in my interactions with Lilly’s so far! Don’t have an estimate yet for the work so can’t speak to pricing but have been happy so far.

I did a septic tank inspection and pumping and unfortunately the results were not good. However both guys did a great job, went to a lot of work to try to get it to pass and carefully explained everything and explained options and likely results. I really appreciated the job they did.
